Workplace Wellness Program

Our Workplace Wellness Programs are designed to integrate Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction skills into the work and personal lives of Program participants. Participants engage in a range of mindfulness practices intended to enable them to:

  • Identify stressors and the automatic reactions that follow
  • Develop skills that promote more productive and healthy responses
  • Enhance concentration, clarity, and creative thinking & problem solving
  • Improve communication
  • Cultivate leadership and teamwork
  • Develop greater awareness of managing time
  • Improve overall workplace effectiveness

Mindfulness 180
A three-phase program spread over six weeks. Course consists of three 60-minute classes designed to introduce Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction theory and skills and its application to the workplace environment.

Mindfulness Half-Day Workshop
This workshop introduces participants to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction theory and practice in an intensive half-day session. Participants will engage in a series of experiential exercises and discourses that focus on bringing awareness to stressors and stress-reaction in work & life situations.

Eight Weeks of Mindfulness
This program is highly experiential and consists of eight weekly two-hour sessions. The program's focus in on developing physical and mental capacities for stability and awareness as a basis for learning to respond more effectively to work & life challenges.
